One of our social and moral commitments is to join in the eradication of human trafficking. The following is our statement on this issue:

In accordance with the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010, and as part of our mutual commitment to ethical business practices,
we expect our suppliers to comply with applicable laws regarding slavery and human trafficking. Suppliers not in compliance with applicable laws are subject to consequences
deemed appropriate by The Save Mart Companies and governing agencies.
